The program has the following specific objectives:
- Bridging the gap between the need for and availability of quality higher education in the field of leadership
- Carrying out educational and social development research activities pertaining to leadership Producing, publishing, and distributing relevant books, journals, magazines, and other supporting materials in the field of leadership.
- improve leadership and management skills and practices of future leaders.
- increase the number of qualified and trained leaders and human resources of the public and/or private organizations by helping them to acquire experiential knowledge in the country.
- Increase strategic partnerships with similar institutions within the country to promote the field of leadership.
- enhance the integrity of leaders and improve public and/or private organizations in the country
